Online payments through MercadoPago and PayPal
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and we process payments through MercadoPago and PayPal.
We do not store or process your confidential data on our servers, all interaction takes place upon receiving a response from MercadoPago and PayPal containing the result of the transaction.
MercadoPago and PayPal have been verified by a PCI certified auditor and is certified by the PCI Level 1 Service Provider. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To achieve this, MercadoPago and PayPal use best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security in Cloudpayments.
Payments are made in the local company currency: MXN, our converter uses the exchange rate of the central bank of Mexico.

Registration
Registration is complete when we receive the initial deposit per person, along with the signed reservation form. Note: Payment must be made in accordance with the established payment terms and conditions. Participation payment must be made within 7 business days after registration.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If the workshop takes place and you cancel, you will have the following options in order of the following schedule:
60 days before the date: With the chance of re-schedule another workshop with a 20% administrative charge.
30 days or less: There are NO refunds. To be considered depending on the case.
Refunds will be paid by the same method that the original payment was made.
Itinerary changes
We reserve the right to change tour dates, itinerary or accommodation as conditions require. We reserve the right to change the itinerary due to weather conditions, political conditions and other factors beyond our control, without consulting the participants. It is understood that such decisions will be made in the best interest of all participants and safety first. Participants are not entitled to any refunds or other considerations in the event of these unavoidable changes to the itinerary. If a trip must be delayed or the itinerary changed due to bad weather, road conditions, transportation delays, government intervention, illness, volcanic eruption or other contingency, the cost of the delays or changes is not included.

Limitations of Liability
We do not assume any responsibility caused by injury, loss or damage to people or property in relation to any service that results directly from: acts of God, arrest, annoyance, delays, expenses derived from quarantine, strikes, robberies, thefts, failure of any means transportation services to arrive or depart as scheduled, civil unrest, terrorism, government restrictions or regulations, discrepancies or changes in transit or hotel services over which we have no control. Reasonable changes can be made to the itinerary when deemed convenient for the comfort and well-being of the participants. In the event that a medical problem arises during the expedition, resulting in costs of evacuation, use of aircraft or repatriation, the responsibility for the payment of these costs corresponds exclusively to the passenger. We recommend that passengers ensure that such eventualities are covered by travel insurance. If not covered by travel insurance, the liability remains with the passenger and we specifically decline any liability.
