One of our newest urban photography workshops in New York City. This workshop will consist of photography of buildings and emblematic points such as the Financial District, Hoboken, Central Park, Guggenheim, The Vessel, Empire State Building, the Statue of Liberty, among many others.
Join us on an adventure through the city, learning and capturing the various locations, studied by our photographic team to obtain the highest quality photography and learn to take pictures of the Skyline with some of the most important and well-known buildings in the world. You can not lose this.
Visitar Nueva York es una gran experiencia, un sentimiento efímero de estar entre los gigantes de acero. Viéndolos, fotografiándolos y, poniendo nuestros filtros de Densidad Neutra. Hemos diseñado este itinerario por Nueva York para regresar con fotografías únicas. Un itinerario de 5 días y 4 noches sacaremos algunos de los spots más clásicos y únicos de Nueva York. Una gran experiencia conocer Nueva York con fotógrafos. No podemos olvidar, lo que hace realmente especial este taller, es la salida de Luna Llena con la estatua de la Libertad.

NEW YORK
ITINERARY
En nuestro día 1 de viaje lo destinamos al día de llegada, el vuelo desde México no es corto, pero aprovecharemos después de estar instalados en el hotel, dar una vuelta obligada por B&H, la tienda de cámaras mas grande del mundo, ya que SIEMPRE hay algún accesorio con el que no contamos y que mejor manera de arrancar que así. Haremos nuestras primeras fotografías nocturnas en Hudson Yards, un nuevo distrito en Nueva York que nos dan increíbles fotos.
La mañana siguiente empezamos con todo, en este taller nos gusta aprovechar al máximo las zonas y hacer varias vistas. Comenzaremos con el centro financiero, The Oculus y 9/11 Memorial. Continuaremos con Grand Central y Midtown. Para cerrar con un gran atardecer en DUMBO.
DUMBO es de las vistas clásicas de NY. Tomaremos el atardecer y puesta del sol con el SkyLine de Manhattan.
Un día especial en estas fechas específicas. La salida de luna llena con la Estatua de la Libertad, pero en lo que llegamos a eso. Por la mañana iniciaremos recorriendo High Line en Chelsea. Un atractivo super moderno un parque lineal elevado con vistas de antaño acompañadas de grandes colosos. Pasaremos por Little Island para hacer fotografías increíbles.
Poco después de la comida iremos camino a Jersey, a Hoboken. Tomaremos el SkyLine de Manhattan desde el otro lado con larga exposición y esperaremos el atardecer con la salida de luna para esta ocasión especial.
Comenzaremos con Central Park, desde temprano por la mañana y tenemos de todo en Central Park, desde fotografías de larga exposición con filtros, fotografía callejera con increíbles perspectivas fabulosas.
Este atardecer lo tenemos como chivo expiatorio, en caso de que en el día anterior no se tenga las condiciones climatológicas ideales para la salida de Luna, aprovecharemos esta tarde para sacar la foto del taller.
Para cerrar con broche de oro nuestro itinerario por Nueva York. Estaremos en Soho. Un clásico barrio neoyorquino con construcciones características. Será nuestra ultima mañana para clausurar el taller con un poco de fotografía de calle. Aprovecharemos las perspectivas de las calles diagonales, condiciones ideales para fotografías en Blanco y Negro.
Al medio día se dará la clausura del taller. Algunos para regresar a México, otros para continuar a Islandia.

WORKSHOP BASICS
It must be an interchangeable lens camera. Preferably a recent fully manual operation, regardless of whether it is low or intermediate range.
The tripod is one of the essential tools for this workshop. Given that the vast majority of camera accidents are due to a lack of knowledge and practice with the equipment, we recommend bringing a good tripod that is fully mastered, especially since we will work at night, it will demand the best of us and our team.
Within the workshop we cover both telephoto and wide angle ends. Wide angles (14-20mm) are recommended for the entire nightscape. In the same way, a medium telephoto (70 to 400 mm) is recommended.
Given the buildings in New York and the cloud structures above the SkyLine, we recommend using filters primarily for long exposure photography. In this way, the cleanest possible photograph of pedestrians in urban areas is sought.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
Due to high season, services must be anticipated well in advance. In case of cancellation by the participant, the payment will not be refundable. It can be transferable with an administrative charge of 20%, all this up to 120 days in advance of the event.
If the event is canceled due to causes beyond our control, such as adverse weather issues or events of insecurity at the location, the date of the workshop will be rescheduled to a date convenient for both parties.
